Kies je hotel in Shelby County

'Staff wasn't properly trained, toilet didn't flush, smell of smoke in room . Good location'

'First of all, we didn't get the room we reserved. Bathroom floor was so dirty, my wife cleaned it with a white rag and it was black afterwards. The electrical outlets were coming out of the wall. When I went to grab a towel off of the towel rack, the rack fell off the wall. We had a reservation for 2 nights but left after the first. Will sleep in my car before I ever go back.'

'The room was over the registarion office and people in the office were talking loud to each other loud enough I could here it loudly in the room I was in. The next day I asked them to please not do it more. The noise resumes in less than one hour. They woke me up again before morning. I will never stay their again. It was disrespectful and uncalled for!'
