'The hotel was Amazing! We loved every thing the beds was so soft and room was so spacious but one problem we had was that the the shower curtain did not block the water very well but everything else was great.'

'The staff was very nice The nighttime desk clerk was very helpful and made check in very easy and fast. VERY SAD THE POOL IS NO LONGER OPEN FOR THE SUMMERS WHEN WE COME BACK TO MOUNT JACKSON VA. They can do a little more for breakfast and have real coffee all day. The machine they use is cold after 2 minutes. Other than that everything is great. '

'Spacious, clean chalet with full kitchen. Bring your own groceries and microwavable food. 1 restaurant at the ski resort is expensive. The other two nearby restaurants are always full and busy. The pool, the hot tub and the sauna are excellent. Easy check in and out with friendly staff. '

'Fijn hotel om naar Shenandoah national park te gaan. Paar eetgelegenheden (chinees, Denny's en Mc donalds) op loopafstand en er zit ook een grote supermarkt op 2 minuten rijden. Toen we onze hotelkamer op kwamen was deze nog niet schoongemaakt. Dit hadden we gemeld en kregen 45 minuten later een andere kamer met uitzicht op de bergen. Prima opgelost.'

'Awesome place. Loved it a lot especially for the price. Great breakfast but did wish there was scambled eggs. Did see other customers ask for it as well. Really love that the place is secure and getting renovated! Keep up the good work on improvement! I will be coming here every month for business'

'We had a wonderful New Year’s stay at this beautiful and cozy cabin. It was the perfect place to disconnect from our daily lives and enjoy some peace in nature. The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Jaci was an amazing host—very communicative, kind, and welcoming. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again.'

'What a fantastic place to stay if you want to get out of the city and enjoy nature in its cold and warmth. My husband and I are business owners so it’s not often we get to relax. Nice breakfast in the patio, cave/cavern sightings during the day and at night jump in that hot tub to remove all the stress out of your body. House was loaded with everything you can imagine. We even got to utilize the fire pit before we got in the hot tub. Amazing reset, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. '
