'We loved our stay at this house. We arrived very late in the evening and everything was closed. The owner was so nice they had snacks and waters in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was so clean. I would highly recommend staying here.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at The Heron House! The communication and check in/out instructions were simple and easy. The home was fully stocked with just what we needed, and included games and books which our kids loved! Elevated vintage is the perfect way to describe the home — it’s so warm and cozy. We loved the walkability to downtown Victoria for morning coffees, dinners, and ice cream. We will absolutely be back!'

'We loved our stay at this great home. The fishing off the dock was wonderful. We enjoyed our family reunion at this location. 'This home was easy find, lots of parking, great accessibility to unload stuff. It was clean and neat with lots of space. Communication with the host was great and the beds were very comfortable. Even had great water pressure in the shower! Seemed to have everything on hand we had forgotten and was easy to get in and out. Highly recommend! '

'I was in town for a wedding and needed a place that allowed dogs. The owner was awesome and had multiple dog friendly items in the house. It was just 5 of us that ended up staying (and two dogs) but there was plenty of room for everyone including my 89 year old Mom who loved having her own main floor bedroom and bathroom. 'Our family had such an amazing time here -From the lake and 20 fish we caught off their dock - to the game room - to the theater - to the enormous main room - to the distance to town and stores and restaurants - it was a TEN! '

'We had a wonderful time at Holiday Haus Zwei. There were 8 adults and one infant with plenty of space for everyone. It is a beautiful old house with tons of charm and welcoming spaces. We especially enjoyed an evening visiting in the great back yard sitting area. '

'Lovely little place. The lakefront area is particularly charming. The house is listed as 1800 sq ft, although this seems very generous unless the unfinished basement is included in the tally. Overall a very comfortable stay.'
