'The house was perfect for a quiet, long weekend of fishing and relaxing. Smith Island is a unique get-away with a small town charm and welcoming residents who made us feel like home. The Pearl had everything we needed with comfortable accommodations given the relative seclusion of the island. Leigh and Chris were extremely responsive.'

I really liked the pool and the "beach" area, and found the fire pits and corn hole boards there to be a welcome addition to our stay. I've already recommended it to others! 'Truly lovely place with fun bedroom decor and a rustic beachy vibe. The I closed fenced in area was great for the dog. Clean and nice and the host was supper accommodating and willing to work with us. Bonus - no extensive complicated checkout list. So lovely. '

'Incredible stay with thoughtful touches - perfect for pets! We had a great time at this property - there were plenty of towels, a comfy bed, cookware, and other nice touches that made it a great getaway. The fenced in yard was so helpful for letting our pup run all around! Katie was extremely responsive and answered questions right away. 'The condominium was exceptional. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and ideally located. The layout was perfectly suited for three adults, offering ample space.We particularly appreciated the peacefulness of the island setting, while still enjoying easy access to all that the town had to offer.We unanimously agreed that we would be pleased to stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend the property to family and friends. 'Honestly, this rental ended up being perfect. Communication beforehand was excellent and everything was set up for our check-in. The house has quite an impressive library of books, a buttoning games, and a well stocked kitchen. The layout works pretty well for a larger family or a couple smaller families to share. The backyard and dock were perfect for relaxing evenings with the sunset and it’s close enough to downtown that you can walk in. I have zero complaints about this experience. I would...
