'My sister and I have always wanted to visit Smith Island. This house was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, great location and terrific host. The golf cart was such a huge bonus. We had amazing water tours, walked, relaxed, spotted more birds than we could count. Everyone on the island was beyond friendly. Just had a wonderful time which was amplified by the great accommodations! '

'This property was perfect for a family of 4. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the neighbors were amazing and helpful. Visit the arcade by the marina right before sunset!'

'This place was beautiful quiet and quaint. If there was a complaint it would be that there was a mouse on the beach (in the sandbox) and there was a dead caterpillar in my bathroom.'

'The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location with the dock. We were able to bring our boat, fish, and crab. It was incredibly relaxing! The neighbors were extremely nice and very helpful!'

'It was a nice get away for our wedding anniversary. We were able to bring our dogs and use the private strip of beach a couple of cottages away. This was a great quiet trip. The only thing that could have been better is the AC in the cottage. A window unit is provided but with 90 temps it couldn’t keep up.'

'Great time til I got sick hated having to leave early.loved seeing all the foals will be in touch now out of hospital about some jewelry I may have left in the house.The front room bedroom took a little getting use to only thing I would change is a way to cover the skylight in the main bedroom.'

'We found everything just as it was described - clean, cheery and well stocked. Our only confusion was the coffee maker - we expected a drip type but found the Keurig to our disappointment. A minor point, but maybe that should be stated.'

'Perfect location and very comfortable house. We had three adults and a child with us and all had space so we weren’t crowded but still could gather for meals. The screened porch was lovely. Watching sunrises from the pier in the morning was beautiful and we even saw dolphins swim by.'
