'Great service by the pool area. Room service less impressed. Some of the popular dishes show availability 24//7. When ordered they are available during certain period of the day. More seriously we ordered a car for transportation to the airport. Concierge advised us on time to MOPA airport. We reconfirmed this transformation two times. When getting in the car the concierge had ordered the taxi to Dabolim airport. '

'Hotel en tuin zelf is prachtig, groot en ruim opgezet, mooi strand, uitstekend en ruim zwembad. Leuke golfbaan op het terrein, naar ons idee werd hier niet veel gebruikt van gemaakt.. Kamers zijn outdated, best prima, maar voor de kamerprijs erg achterhaald. Geen gratis wifi, prijzen van de consumpties zijn schandalig duur, als ook de maaltijden in de vijf verschillende restaurants. Kreeg je dan wel weer een goochelaar aan tafel voor terug.. 'An excellent place to stay in South Goa! The staff is exceptionally courteous, and the spacious rooms are thoughtfully designed. The entire hotel campus is picturesque. The food was delightful, though the breakfast and dinner buffet options could be more diverse.'
