'We stayed 2 nights. Good sized room/bathroom, cozy and very clean. Breakfast served at the table, good choice. We didn’t use the restaurant but it was fully booked the first night and the menu had a good choice. Within walking distance of the center and the ferry’s. Plenty of things to see and do in the area. Parking was free but a block away and at night we didn’t feel comfortable about leaving the car unattended. Your space is not booked, so on busy days you may have to wait around until a...

'Great location, staff were very helpful. Was a nice touch that they put on a free shuttle into Salcombe. They also provided complimentary gin and ice and slice which we thought made the stay even more unique.'

'We experienced a lovely stay in this B&B set in the countryside. It was quiet and had ample parking. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a B&B. The only criticism would be the size of the bathroom which was small.'

The only issue we had was the no guarantee of a table by the restaurant. I think that could be presented better.

'A truly memorable stay. The suite was delightful. Would have preferred a separate shower cubicle as well as the bath. The service was excellent and dining was a joy. Would recommend this special hotel to all.'
