'Personeel was heelnaardig, locatie was prachtig, maar onze douche gaf alleen maar koud water. We hebben bij de front desk gevraagd of er iemand naar kon kijken. We waren die dag toch de hele dag op excursie (van 7 uur ‘s morgens tot 7 uur ‘s avonds). Echter toen we terug bij de kamer kwamen stond de deur gewoon open…. 'Pool was pre packed'

'Check-in took a very long time every time because the front desk was always crowded, but I still tipped. Service at both restaurants was very slow, and the food was just average. There was also an older cashier at the Holoholo store who seemed very dismissive. We wanted to charge items to the room, but she worked very slowly and insisted that we use a credit card instead. 'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). 'Prima'

'Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights.'

'The resort rooms are on the small side and they have microwaves available but you need to request (no information offered at check in). They clean only every 5th day but give towels on request. Restaurant closes at 9 PM and very limited choices. But the pool is great and lots to do nearby. It is worth paying for beach view--partial view is basically none at all. The small beach is nice. Best place for breakfast inside is King's Coffee--open early with excellent choices and great lattes.'

'今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。'

'Such a beautiful place to stay! Walking into the hotel and seeing the blue Pacific Ocean right in front of you was breathtaking. The hotel had gorgeous gardens all around the property. We enjoyed the complimentary snorkel equipment on the final day. The room service twice a day will definitely spoil you!'

'Perfecte ligging aan het strand waar allerlei voorzieningen zijn zoals snorkelen. Daarbij prima gelegenheid om bijv. schildpadden te zien; zelfs langs het strand. Zwembaden bij het hotel zijn ook prima. Gezellige bar met prima eten ook in het restaurant. Hotelpersoneel is supervriendelijk.'

'Het appartement was erg ruim en comfortabel. Alles was aanwezig. Ook is er een eigen parkeerplek. Een klein puntje, ik kwam aan in het donker en het was even zoeken naar het juiste gebouw en parkeerplek aangezien dat allemaal niet verlicht is dus amper te zien.'

'The room was cleaned but sand was never really swept off our floor completely, and we don't think they changed our sheets as it felt like there was sand in our sheets always. Our soap was never refilled during our entire week stay. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast but some odd choices. Mostly spam every morning with premade omelets. 'It was a 9 out 10 the only thing was the parking guest can only park in parking stalls without numbers because there’s residence that live there so finding a parking spot with no number is slim pickings but besides that the place is amazing kitchen was perfect. Everything we needed room was a 10 beautiful property had an amazing time. Quiet not a place for small kids real relaxed would stay there again no questions asked'
