'Beautiful resort but still needs a lot of maintenance. The most frustrating part was paying the resort fee and parking fee, but watching many local residents use the facilities freely. The family pool was overcrowded with residents, not guests. The pools were supposed to close at 10PM, but on our evening walks we saw a lot of inappropriate behavior in the pools. Wondering how the facility is monitored, because it didn’t seem like there was any rule enforcement.'

'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). 'Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights.'

'House keeping did not show up in spite of repeated calls to the front desk. The wrist bands stopped working after a couple of days. The lady at the front desk and the Assistant Manager were extremely, rude, impolite, and disrespectful. The Assistant Manager was in fact very loud and abusive ion her interaction. 'Gedateerde maar nette appartementen. Uitstekende service en hele vriendelijke medewerkers. Perfect voor families met kinderen en mooi Golf terrein en voldoende barbecue mogelijkheden over terrein. Supermarkten, dineropties binnen straal van 1 km. '

'This property is certainly has comfortible rooms and excellent soaps and lotions in the rooms. Maid service 2x's per day is excellent! Where the property could use improvement: cleaner pools, with 24/7 access pools water feels like a lot of bodies have made the water mucky. Access to the Ocean bay is far too hot late in the afternoon and again the water is not clear. Maybe access in the morning?? Food is average and this would include Brown's their 5 Star restaurant. 'Perfecte ligging aan het strand waar allerlei voorzieningen zijn zoals snorkelen. Daarbij prima gelegenheid om bijv. schildpadden te zien; zelfs langs het strand. Zwembaden bij het hotel zijn ook prima. Gezellige bar met prima eten ook in het restaurant. Hotelpersoneel is supervriendelijk.'

'Our 1st evening, we had some problems with getting food. The poolside restaurant had to close early and the bar restaurant ran out of pizza. I’m sure it was an unusual problem, but we didn’t have dinner that night coming in from a long travel day from Texas. All other meals were great, especially breakfast buffet which was outstanding.'

'The property is beautifully maintained and very serene. I loved being close to both the ocean and the pool with the little one being the priority. The staff go above and beyond and the kids camp was wonderful for my granddaughter. Areas that need improvement, the good is not of the caliber it should be. 'The room was clean. We had an issue with the toilet and it was fixed right away.'

'The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the main street and sites. The hotel room was a nice size. The towels were gray and dingy. The breakfast had a good variety but it was very hard to find a seat. There are not enough tables for everyone to sit. A lot of people took their breakfast to their rooms. There was no cold water offered at breakfast. You had to get it from the gym. The pool and hot tub were nice, although there were a few bugs in the pool. Parking was $15/night.'
