'Clean room'

'The guy that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The girls in the mornning didn't acknowledge us. The room was very clean and comfortable. We missed breakfast because of the time--thought Central and it was Eastern--maybe staff could advise at check-in. But maybe our fault. It was a very nice place to stay.'

'The host seemed fine in the beginning but we encountered a terrible bug infestation inside the cabin we had fly's, beetles, and lady bugs, all over the cabin and falling from the cracks of the cabin into our beds and luggage. And we had to buy spray just contain them for our stay but i dont feel compensated fairly for the inconvenience. They only offered 70 back for a 3 night 4 day booking...thats probably why all the cabins where empty, but the one we rented..Also the heating situation...

'We were very excited for our first family trip with our one year old for Christmas but there were too many roaches for us to feel comfortable even staying one night. We did get our money back except for the first night, which we never stayed, however, the cabin was nice other than that. '

'There was lots of room for our family to spread out, easy check in, and conveniently located near Holiday World. I was concerned that some of the bar stools and kitchen chairs would break while sitting on them due to wear. The outdoor grill did not work, so we couldn’t grill out. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.'

The home was spotless, well maintained, and offered plenty of space for our family of five. The owners were wonderful—very kind and attentive, checking in periodically to ensure we had everything we needed.
