'No tv working in either of our 2 rooms!! Won’t return !!!'

'This property wasn't good. There was nothing very special about the room or the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was not good.'

'The breakfast was not very good and they ran out of items. No one was keeping up with refilling. They ran out of coffee and I was told it was frozen so I had to wait for it to thaw!!! Rooms are only cleaned every 3rd day and on day one I only had 2 coffee packs and 2 cups so on day 3 no coffee in the lobby and I was unable to make coffee in my room. Maid service carts were nowhere to be found so I could get a cup and make in room. AND there is no gym-I hD to go to the YMCA. I would not recommend...

'l don’t want this to be a full on negative review. We did appreciate the shuttle services to and from holiday worlds front gates & the appliances and utensils available in the cabin, as well as the air conditioning in the cabin…but The cleanliness of the cabin was very poor. we pulled the couch over and there were old wrappers, glow sticks, hair balls and more all beneath. 'Overall better than my last visit to a Quality Inn, room clean, the man when I checked in wasn’t fluent in English and seemed like he was annoyed. Later when I returned from where I visited, the older Indian couple were very friendly and asked if everything was good. 'The host seemed fine in the beginning but we encountered a terrible bug infestation inside the cabin we had fly's, beetles, and lady bugs, all over the cabin and falling from the cracks of the cabin into our beds and luggage. And we had to buy spray just contain them for our stay but i dont feel compensated fairly for the inconvenience. 'The sleeping area itself was beautiful. It has a full sized bed and two twin beds. If you are not straight and white you will be off put by the confederate and other very political flags hanging from the house in the driveway.
