'This was a fabulous gem overlooking Lutraki Beach. Quiet and tucked away just what we were looking for in our stay. Ginny our host was great she had great communication and Was a tremendous help in helping us find a private boat charter. She also was very helpful when our ferry was cancelled due to inclement weather and made sure we had transportation off of the island. All the locals were lovely. The apt was super clean and new. The bathroom and especially the shower area is fairly small (common thing in Greece), but other areas are comfortable enough to stay there and unpack your luggage. 'The house itself isn't missing anything. There's airconditioning, a washing machine, a fridge and enough places outside the house to chill and relax. The pool isn't really big, but it doesn't have to be with the view you have from the pool. Multiple beautiful beaches are a 10 minute drive as well as Skopelos Town, gas stations and supermarkets. 'Villa Perivoliou was a dream come true for the three of us. We gave our niece this trip for her high school graduation and when we got to the cilland saw the view, she said, "best graduation present ever!" It was so quiet and peaceful. The nearby beaches are secluded, brautiful with calm water for swimming. Anthoula and her family were very easy to communicate with. Erstes Problem war, dass man mit der Buchung keinen konkreten Namen der Unterkuft erhält, noch eine genaue Adresse. 'Well what a gorgeous villa! The owner is lovely, so friendly and kind. Met us at the airport, very accommodating, gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and taxi’s. Villa was so spacious, clean and tidy and had more than enough . The views were the best! Every room has a view! Up high looking from the infinity pool across the ocean. Met his daughter who was also lovely. And visited their lovely bar Main Street. Such a wonderful stay! Thank you so much x '
