'Goede locatie op loopafstand van French Quarter en de beurshal. Staat van het appartement is wat verouderd maar verder ok. Schoonmaak kon beter. De vloer plakte overal en heb ik zelf schoon gemaakt. Wifi was slecht.'

'This was a beautiful place with great amenities. The unit was very clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It’s a perfect place to stay if you have a large group. I would definitely do it again. The only issue is that if you need anything you have to message management and wait until they get back to you. However, they are generally pretty responsive. '

'I stayed for 3 nights at the Avenue Plaza resort. The hotel is convenient located at St. Charles Avenue. The St. Charles streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. The room was large and beautiful decorated. Everything was clean, although there was no daily cleaning. It was a bit difficult to sleep because the airconditioning was very noisy and couldn't be turned off. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Perle Not sure why it’s called a hotel though. Felt more like a condo. Our place was gorgeous, unique, clean, and lacked nothing. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and so pretty and they provided a Nespresso machine! We stayed here with my 4 adult children and one grandson. We came in to town for a celebration of life and the Hotel Perle made our stay so comfortable. Plus they provide free parking. We checked out the prices of parking...

'This property met our family of 5's needs perfectly. It was immaculate! Very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, wonderful kitchen, extremely quiet area. Such a nice house and owner! We have now found our rental property for the Biloxi/BSL area. '

"Convenient, safe, large room and close to everything. Only thing: they should do something about shower. One has to keep the water running for nearly five minutes until it gets warm enough to shower. For a hotel with that many rooms a waste of a lot of water. "
