'Goede locatie op loopafstand van French Quarter en de beurshal. Staat van het appartement is wat verouderd maar verder ok. Schoonmaak kon beter. De vloer plakte overal en heb ik zelf schoon gemaakt. Wifi was slecht.'

'Prime location. Stayed there 4 weeks, different suite every 2 weeks. The suite facing O Keefe Ave was noisy at times with the sirens blaring from fire, police, etc, at 9 floors above ground. The other suite I had looked toward the east, toward the NOLA slyline, was quieter, was 11 floors high above the street. First time ever I experienced contactless check-in, check-out, had no major problems. Stylish spaces, looks larger than it is, and the home amenities allowed me to cook good food.'

'I stayed for 3 nights at the Avenue Plaza resort. The hotel is convenient located at St. Charles Avenue. The St. Charles streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. The room was large and beautiful decorated. Everything was clean, although there was no daily cleaning. It was a bit difficult to sleep because the airconditioning was very noisy and couldn't be turned off. 'The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans'

'Property was in a convenient location. 4 minutes walk to casino. 10 minute walk to bourbon st. Best part is we didn’t have to deal with the nightlife unless we wanted too. Corner store in the corner.'

'I loved the easy access to the property. No one bothered us. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Walkable to everything. I would definitely stay here again. '

'The hotel is well located, clean, with modern amenities. It has a seamless check in process but the host is responsive. Given the fact that it caters to groups and families, I would recommend considering a sofa bed in suite 9 for better accommodation of guests. Also, amenities as bathrobes would be fantastic. '

"The room had a decent size. The shower was horrible, absolutely no water pressure at all. The breakfast was okish. Powdered scrambled eggs are not my fav. The pool was nice and fairly clean. The gym desperately needs an update Valet parking was a joke "

"Convenient, safe, large room and close to everything. Only thing: they should do something about shower. One has to keep the water running for nearly five minutes until it gets warm enough to shower. For a hotel with that many rooms a waste of a lot of water. "
