'First time at this property and loved it! Two pools, beautiful beach, excellent restaurant, bar. All workers are super friendly. Lounge chair covers & beach towels supplied.This is a laid back resort. Simple " island" breakfast provided. Snorkel gear, kayaks, cooler, ice provided. Frederiksted is easy walk. Rent a car to check out the rest of the island'

'Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try.
Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore.
They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow.
Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them.
Hotel rooms inside ok, but outside needs updates with rotting wood.
Stag just weren’t friendly. The young guy in the evening was nice but the...

'El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, sin embargo, deben mejorar considerablemente el área de frutas y postres, ya que resultaba muy desagradable la cantidad de moscas presentes.
El buffet de la noche no tenía rotación de alimentos; en varias ocasiones la comida permanecía igual por mucho tiempo y no se veía muy atractiva en cuanto a sabor y presentación.
Le doy 5 estrellas al área del bar, ya que todo lo que probé allí estuvo excelente.
Otro punto a mejorar es el servicio: cuentan con poco personal y...

'I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel manages to stay in business. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this place is long overdue for a complete overhaul—starting with the room bathrooms, which were an absolute disaster. Poor water pressure, inconsistent drainage, flushing that looked like they hadn’t been updated (or properly maintained) in decades made even the simplest routines frustrating.
The rooms themselves felt stuck in another era—and not in a charming, vintage way....
