'Hotel was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. The Shower was a little wonky but took some figuring out. Both of us agreed we would stay here again next time we visit.'

'Was hesitant about booking, price was much lower than other hotels in the area.( Usually cheaper doesn't mean as good) but was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. Room had all the amenities including a full refrigerator. Only bad thing was the outside exit would not open with key card and no continental breakfast. Would stay again!'

'Pool and water park were closed and found out at check in. Was told it would be open second day and it was not. Sheets had stains and there were boogers wiped on the wall. Made the stay extremely terrible and very uncomfortable.'

'The deadbolt didn't engage. The extra latch on the door was broke with only 1 of 4 screws barely holding it on the door. Part of the ceiling was hanging down. TV wouldn't work and maintenance had to call the provider and eventualy replaced the cable box. It worked after 45 miutes and replaced box.'

'So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again.'

'The room was okay but the towel bar fell off the wall when you put towels on it and the toilet kept plugging up. The room was not worth what we paid!'

When we checked in we were told that we would not have continental breakfast because that was reserved for a special group of people. We asked for a different room and she said they were booked. When I came down Saturday morning a man was sitting in the breakfast room eating. I said are u here with a special group that I was told that there was no breakfast.. He told me no...

'When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...

'My friend and I expected a good experience when we walked in the door: the space was nicely laid out and furnishings were comfortable. What we got was: No way to turn on AC in one room due to a missing remote, and it was 90 degrees out, and we were too short to see if we could manually turn it on. (In-house guidebook said use the remote.) Damp second bath towel in the bathroom closet required us to have to search for dry bath towels in other rooms.
