'Nice house with a view of the lake. Close to Kettle Falls. Well stocked kitchen (could use a 2nd spatula and cooking oil). Knives were even sharp!Big BBQ for your use. Has A/C so mice and cool.Shower was awesome.Be sure to bring bug spray as there are mosquitoes Yard is big, but not fenced. A few dogs wandering free in the neighborhood so be aware if your dog is out.Lots of cherries and peaches U-Pick close by.'

'I have been to many hotels in spokane and this one is my favorite. Is not super expensive, check in is no hassle, super easy, didn't get bothered during my stay, and when i go there, it feels homey. It's very comfortable and clean and i always so stay there. '

'This is a great option for anyone looking to have a space to relax and enjoy the company they are with while in Spokane. My family was in town for a wrestling tournament my daughter was participating in (she came in third in her bracket). This space was a good option for us as it includes access to a kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster, and air fryer), washer/dryer, and lots of games! It was difficult to actually play pool in the "secret" room because of limited...

'My family and I had such a fantastic time, and it was a perfect spot for my son’s high school graduation get-together this weekend. I definitely recommend this place!'

'This house is the perfect place if you have a family that loves to spend time together but also enjoys their space. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are great places to gather for a chat and the bedrooms allow personal time. We were there for a graduation so the location was great due to the proximity to downtown and the airport. The neighborhood was quiet.'

'A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus. '

'This is a very small property indoors. The bathroom is a bit cramped with the washer & dryer in there, however, a combo washer dryer has been installed in the kitchen. There are only enough dishes for 4 people, but otherwise it has most everything you need for cooking. There were other guests staying next door and we made quick friends with them. The large backyard space is shared. We enjoyed a lovely BBQ with family in the back area. Beautiful view.'

'I enjoy staying at this location. All of the basic essentials are provided, and the internet is excellent. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to several food options. '

'Decsription indicates will sleep 7-8, and it will with a bit of flexibility. The description of the beds, other than in the bedrooms is a bit uninformative. There is a single fold out bed and two full size couches in the living room, we also found a single size foam pad and a mattress in the closets, and bedding. There are lots of closets and the old residence has been lovingly restored to maintain the old charm. '

Good stay but a daily Amenity Fee??

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
