'I arrived fairly late and the check in was by a kiosk which I wasn't real happy about. The person isn't there to see what's happening and couldn't help the person in front of me who had the wrong date for check in. There's no elevator but it's only 2 levels. It's an older hotel and needs an update with worn carpets, etc. It's in an ok part of town and felt safe. There was a good variety of items for breakfast. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel was very quiet and the beds...

'Staff member was excellent but first room had not been vacuumed so had pistachio shells on the carpet. The next room had 2 dead bugs on the floor that I googled to ensure what they were and it said a type of cricket. Not sure how it had a 9.2 or was it 9.4 rating and we paid $178.00 Canadian for it. Would not stay there again.'

'Yes, the A/C worked well. Breakfast was adequate. Office was closed from 10pm until 8am which could prove to be bad for late night check-in.'

'Our reservation was canceled by the motel because they said nothing was available due to of some sort of mix up with online booking. We have never had a problem when booking with Expedia. Unacceptable.'
