'The service at this hotel is quite normal and doesn’t match the standard of branded hotels like Siddhartha. It’s not really worth the price they charge. Guests often need to redial or remind the staff multiple times for basic requirements. Overall, the experience wasn’t very impressive considering the cost. There are better hotel options available nearby that provide more value for money.'

'This place is fantastic. I don’t know what people are complaining about. It’s clean, the staff is great, and it just has a great almost luxurious atmosphere. Of course, it’s not too many western standards I suppose, but there’s nothing more I could want! The pool is seasonal, but other than that, I have no complaints. And the restaurant on the first floor is amazing.'

'The staff was great. Avoid the "American breakfast." Their garden has some pretty flowers. The eastern wall of my room was a window covered with a paper thin curtain that did nothing to prevent the extremely bright sun from coming through in the morning. Also, the hotel doesn't have a generator (or if they did, it wasn't working), so the frequent power outages killed everything in the room. Still, this is likely the best hotel in town. '

'The property was filthy! Front of house person couldnt speak English, and argumentative. Fikthy room, dust and dead bugs around bed, unclean bathroom , shower didnt wirk, no hot water....i could go on!!! Im traumatized 😔'
