'This is my second time with my family in this amazing place the stuff are very helpful all the time with smile. I would like to thank all the staff, especially heba from the restaurant. She's doing amazing Egyptian bread I recommend everyone should try it. عاشت ايدك هبه We had amazing memories with animation team. I wish if they can add a blastic plates & cutlerys for children to use in kids corner at the restaurant. Every time I need a plate or a cutlery to use, I have to bother the stuff...

'This is absolutely NOT a 5-star hotel. The condition of the property is unacceptable for a hotel claiming this rating. The rooms, beach loungers, common areas, and overall facilities are extremely old, worn, and poorly maintained. Service was equally disappointing. Several staff members lacked basic hospitality, and some were outright rude. To make matters worse, the hotel hosted a corporate event for a company called DES during our stay with seemingly no consideration for the paying hotel...

Omgeving heel slecht,...

'They need to smile and more friendly people, they need to do remodel for rooms that are very old and make plumbing for shower room. Thank you'

'Breakfast poor'

'This is a beautiful, newly built hotel. We opted for the half-board package and found a wide variety of excellent food choices. The room itself was both spacious and very comfortable. My only critique is that the beach could be kept a bit cleaner. There are small pebbles along the shoreline, so I highly recommend bringing water shoes. If you love long beach walks, there is a great, continuous strip that lets you walk right past neighboring hotels.'

'Travelled with family for few days. The kids loved the pool and the beach was fantastic. Animation team was fantastic. Rooms and surrounding areas could use more TLC. The food was too much of the local flavor and the not so much variety.....'

'Clean room, clean Pool, great Location, professional Staff'

'This is not a real posting'

'Overall experience is very good starting from quick and rapid check in to accomodation, very helpfull friendly staff, rooms in a fair condition not too good but not bad at all, rooms are well equibed, well furnished, view is great, pool is fantastic, food is delicious and have a good varaiety, however mantianance work all around is a little bet disturbing, also presence of oil wax (شحم) all along the beach is very annoying, frustrating and disappointing, aside from this the shore is rocky so it...
