'Mother’s Day weekend for a family of 4. From start to finish, the stay was amazing. The check-in was so simple. The room was exactly how the photos showed. It was clean and roomy. The beach is a very short walk away. Even though the pool was not officially open yet, it looked wonderful. We have already decided that we will be coming back in the summer.'

'This adorable, cozy cottage was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. We have tried various rentals and hotels each summer and Robert’s cottage was by far our favorite. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with enough room that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was light and airy and just what we were hoping to find. From the awesome location, just a walk to the ocean, to the indoor pool and back up to a comfortable stay, our entire family agree that we can’t wait to return!...

'Tucked away in a quiet residential area. Rooms were clean and kitchenette was well equipped. Private parking spot in the driveway next to the cottage was a bonus. Highly recommended!'

'We could not get the Smart TV to work nor could we connect to the Internet using the instructions provided. As we were in town for a wedding we didn’t spend much time in our room, but would have appreciated some type of in room instructions for connecting. The property owner replied to our message but the instructions to reboot the system didn’t return a positive result. Not a show stopper but……'

'This place was perfect! The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious. Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!'

'My husband and I brought our puppy. He had a great time running around the yard and beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The property is beautiful and we were very happy to find a pet friendly place on the water and close to town.'

'Mary was an amazing host! The apartment was cozy, quiet and very clean. The private fenced in yard in the back was a plus. Minutes drive to everywhere Montauk. Would stay again hands down. '

'Great Hamptons break with family. We had an amazing time with great pool, tennis, firepit and beautiful house. Very relaxing and close to fantastic beaches and nice ice cream spots and beach bars.'
