'Mother’s Day weekend for a family of 4. From start to finish, the stay was amazing. The check-in was so simple. The room was exactly how the photos showed. It was clean and roomy. The beach is a very short walk away. Even though the pool was not officially open yet, it looked wonderful. We have already decided that we will be coming back in the summer.'

'We had a great time at this property! Spacious with very comfortable beds. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the gorgeous yard! We didn't end up using the pool because it was overcast and cool - and we were super busy with other activities - but it was beautiful and the yard was just amazing! 'This adorable, cozy cottage was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. We have tried various rentals and hotels each summer and Robert’s cottage was by far our favorite. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with enough room that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was light and airy and just what we were hoping to find. From the awesome location, just a walk to the ocean, to the indoor pool and back up to a comfortable stay, our entire family agree that we can’t wait to return!...

'This is a very special house located in the beautiful Hither Hills. Our family of 5 (college age and young adult) plus a couple friends enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere this house provided. The pool and outdoor areas (porches, hot tub, out door dining) are very spacious and provide for multiple areas for activity. The 2 separate living rooms allowed my 24 yr old to work remote while the rest of us continued on with our day. There is a rustic lived in quality that you find at any well loved beach...
