What keeps setting this hotel apart is the professionalism of the staff, who are extremely helpful, friendly and authentic. A big plus is also the inhouse regular restaurant and the Chinese restaurant. Top quality dishes again served by wonderful staff. Always a true pleasure to stay here. This, and thw good value make this hotel my #1 choice when visiting Bandung.'

'Hotel met een hele goede service. Het personeel was super behulpzaam. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Als ze de badkamer een update zouden geven, zou het een perfecte kamer zijn. Het enige echt negative was dat het geluid van de gang erg doordrong in de kamer. Het personeel maakt geen lawaai, maar andere gasten wel. En Indonesische zijn vroeg op en niet stil in de vroege ochtend.'
