'This dump is neither a suite nor inn. Approaching the motel you see a very large abandoned, boarded up, run down, vacant, restaurant. The motel and office are around the back. It was very difficult to tell if the place had gone out of business especially when we found the entance to the office to be LOCKED!!! After banging on the door a woman, who was the ONLY employee, came, unlocked the door and let us in to checked us in. She performed ALL duties from maid to front desk activities!!! The room...

'House came with everything you could possibly need, such as games, chargers, coffee, more towels than even 8 of us could possibly use. Anything you'd need is within walking distance. We needed wal mart, flower shop, ice cream place, subway and convenience store and they're all within a couple of blocks. Check in and out was easy and no onerous clean up rules. '

'Property was as described, check in process was easy, and communication with host was quick and responsive. We were in town for a baseball tournament and enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for kids to spread out in between baseball games. Had all the amenities we needed and beds were comfortable. '

'The house is nice. Looks nice, and is. Only problem - listing said no pets allowed. Yet there is a cat door going outside, and another into the garage. A very distinct cat odor. And, our party has members allergic to cats. Within 30 minutes, their eyes were swelling, etc. '

'Touring band stopping in Wichita on the last weekend of a 2 week tour. This Derby residence was a perfect, peaceful stay after a great show and had us feeling refreshed and ready for tonight in Tulsa!'

'Great place to stage out of for a fun filled few days in Wichita. Convenient and easy access to down town, but far enough away that it was a quiet little neighborhood. Plenty of room for everyone to include our two pups. The host was responsive. We had no issues. Would stay here again!'

'We booked this stay for a short weekend, and the home was beautiful inside and out, very clean and peaceful. The yard was perfect for the girls to hit the ball around, and the neighborhood was great for early morning and evening walks. It was easy to get to off of the highway and close to everything. The host was kind and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again if in the area.'

'We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.'
