'A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks.'

'We stayed 5 nights in this cottage for a softball tournament. It was great for us. Even the private backyard was perfect. Lori was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights. '

'Kelly is an awesome host. Even though some of their property was damaged two weeks before by Hurricane Helene, they let us shelter there when our place was evacuated for Hurricane Milton. We have an old dog and a pet chicken which she allowed us to bring. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & all our needs were met.The cabin is really cute and very rural.'

'Really great experience staying here! So peaceful, had everything we needed. Plenty to do here with billiards overlooking the river, darts, axe throwing etc. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy the views of the river and nature. Host was great with very timely communication and super easy check-in and check-out. Will definitely return! '

'The first thing one notices upon entry into this cozy cabin, is, it's VERY CLEAN - I MEAN, VERY CLEAN! It has everything we needed for our short stay. Iris and her cleaner made sure that I would have a safe stay as I have extreme allergies and asthma - I had no issues! My husband and I are planning another trip there as my sister lives closeby. It's a perfect location for us! Don't be hesitant about booking this cozy cabin! '

'Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool...
