'It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. BBQ dinner was in a small hut by spring side and costed mere BDT 500 (USD 6.5 approx) per person, which was amazing value for money. 'Great location, plenty to do within walking distance such as shopping, dinning, ATM machines. Also its very easy to find CNG / Rickshaw right outside the hotel. The staff are welcoming, the rooftop pool was nice (not heated), The sauna is good but takes about an hour to fully heat up. The gym was ok for cardio but the heaviest dumbbells are 10kg - however, there is a local gym down the road 4 min walk. I think bathroom tiles could have been better cleaned, Overall it was a positive...

'Really friendly and helpful staff. Sadly there is no back up generator when the power goes off. Very hard place to find if don't have sat nav! Very reasonable price for stay and you must order evening meal at least two hour before you want eat. '

'Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view. 'I had to book this because of issues at noor jahan hotel. Mustafa at the front desk was very welcoming and all my needs taken care by him. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay. Place is clean and comfortable. '

'No one knew we were coming. They did not know what Orbitz is. Gave us the wrong rooms and blamed it on "The foreign website" we used to book - after hours of arguing with the uneducated yet extremely mouthy general manager, they finally gave us the rooms we booked. This ruined day 1 of our 2 day trip to sree mongol. They accused Orbitz of charging us double the price and actually selling us a way worse room.
