'We really liked our stay here and we were very well looked after. We had booked 3 rooms as a family and as it was during the protests/riots recently the hotel was practically empty so we got the pick of the rooms. Sanzina at reception really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were very accommodating aswell especially the guy who cleaned my room as he made sure I had 3 towels everyday & just got me whatever I needed. 'It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. BBQ dinner was in a small hut by spring side and costed mere BDT 500 (USD 6.5 approx) per person, which was amazing value for money. 'Fantastic hotel in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. On Arrival we was greeted by the staff and gave us welcome drinks which was very nice. Plate of fruits was also provided in the room. In my opinion it is better than the 5 star hotel near sylhet Airport which is middle of nowhere.'

'Really friendly and helpful staff. Sadly there is no back up generator when the power goes off. Very hard place to find if don't have sat nav! Very reasonable price for stay and you must order evening meal at least two hour before you want eat. '

'I had to book this because of issues at noor jahan hotel. Mustafa at the front desk was very welcoming and all my needs taken care by him. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay. Place is clean and comfortable. '

'No one knew we were coming. They did not know what Orbitz is. Gave us the wrong rooms and blamed it on "The foreign website" we used to book - after hours of arguing with the uneducated yet extremely mouthy general manager, they finally gave us the rooms we booked. This ruined day 1 of our 2 day trip to sree mongol. They accused Orbitz of charging us double the price and actually selling us a way worse room. 'They have various kind of rooms. We didn't like the initial room we have booked by app, later we have upgraded the room to little bit better room. But the room size is small compear to it's class!'
