'Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie. We came here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and while we went out for lunch the staff decorated our room which left my husband speechless when we came back. 'My husband and I came to Wola’s for our honeymoon. This was our first time in Asia and after 2 days of the 5 staying in The Wola’s we already wanted to stay longer in Bali because we loved it. 'This was my fourth stay, possibly more, i keep coming back as it is safe, clean, very good value for money, staff are super friendly, the villas are perfect for my needs, private, own pool, very clean and well maintained. The gardens and pool is attended to daily. Everything is just perfect. Location is excellent, strip of restaurants, bars and shops nearby but not so close that you can hear them. '

'It was so peaceful and very relaxing. All the staff were very welcoming and amenable. The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us.
