'We had a wonderful stay ! We were in room 202: a spacious,clean room with a big balcony ;2 seats and a table on the balcony.Very nice to watch the people passing by. The bed was excellent and also the wifi deserves 10/10 ! The bathroom too is spacious with a big shower. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful ! In the neighbourhood are many places where you can eat/drink. I would recommend this place to all people who are going on a holiday to Phnom Penh !!! '

'Noden is a wonderful modern accommodation in a beautiful building with significant unobstructed stunning views of Phnom Penh throughout. Generous-sized rooms with solid construction and enjoyable ambient lighting makes it feel like home. The rooftop pool is so wonderful, along with the sitting areas around it. Huge gym has updated and useful equipment. The management and staff are most professional and eager to be helpful. Definitely would return again!'

'The place was lovely and very cosy! Only thing was the potential bed bugs situation as I was as bitten by what seems to be that, also the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Nevertheless I would recommend this place. '

'We arrived and the reception desk did not have our reservation. The receptionist did not speak English and we had to communicate via our phone translators. I had pre printed the reservation and was able to prove that I had one. The receptionist was on the phone with their manager in order to get instructions on how to check us in. The entire process took over one hour. We were then taken to our room where the A/C did not work so we had to get a new room. This process took another half an...

'Riant hotel inm centrum. Alles op looppafstand of met de tuk tuk. Zwembad op dak is heerlijk. Tegenover het hotel kun je voor een paar dollar heerlijke broodjes halen die de hele dag door vers worden gebakken. Staff en receptie zijn oprecht en vriendelijk en helpen je waar nodig. Later uitchecken geen probleem. '

'Were in 1 Bedroom apartment for 1 night. The facilities in room set up fully and cleaned. Kitchen and items, large Fridge, big dining table with chairs. My room perfect view with balcony to river and city lights. Highly recommend this hotel and apartment for Long stay in Phnom Penh. '

'Excellent sejour. L'appartement et la residence etaient parfaits, propres, bien situés. L'hotel met a disposition un tuk tuk gratuit pour les trajets de 2km maximum ce qui facilite le sejour. Merci. '

"Rooms are super clean and modern. Great views over the city. Even really soft towels in the room. Rooftop pool is amazing and the breakfast was tasteful. Couldn't ask for anything more."

"Wow! We hebben tijdens onze reis al behoorlijk wat vijf sterren hotels mogen mee maken, maar het Raffles staat met stip bovenaan! Fantastische aankomst, strakke en persoonlijke service en in het kader van onze honeymoon is de kamer prachtig versierd: een bos rozen, een persoonlijke ingelijste kaart, taart en wijn. Werkelijk waar grandioos! Kamers zijn niet super ruim, maar wel voorzien van alles. Separaat bad en douche. Ontbijt is fantastisch. Klein buffet, maar ruime keuze uit a la carte: eggs Benedict tot wafel. Last but not least: echte champagne en vers geperste jus! Laat je in de watten leggen! Tip! Sla zeker de Elephant Bar niet over voor een heerlijke cocktail. "
