Mycket god mat som serverades i restaurant, på rummets balkong eller på ett av flera ställen i den fina trädgården (man valde själv ställe varje dag). Mycket trevlig personal, alla hälsade och pratade gärna. Ett drömställe - vi längtar tillbaka.'

'Good stay at the Slipway hotel as usual. Despite the remodeling ongoing on 1st floor of the hotel, no issues. The internet wifi is weak (either no connection or very limited bandwidth) - this needs some improvement to meet the 2018 standards ! Staff are all stars and very welcoming. The Slipway area is a pleasant place to stay. '

'Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with...
