'We booked 2 stays here because of the great reviews. The first one was terrible. Now we had a different apartment. This ine was a lot cleaner but still not really clean though. Lamp was mouldy. Lots of dust. Place needs maintenance. Staff is super friendly though.'

'Staff was very friendly from the check in desk, security, maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast staff. The whole staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with all our questions and request. We would absolutely stay at M Stay Hotel again on our next visit!!!'

'I stayed there for a couple weeks in June. Fairly quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to SM Clark and places in Angeles.Small but cozy property. The Aircon worked well, has Internet and cable. We didn’t cook, but could have. Really enjoyed my time there.'

'The house was conveniently located close to the Walking Street. The caretakers of the house, Bing and Susan, were very attentive to our needs and really made our stay very enjoyable. The house was very large, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were very nice, large and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever traveling to the Clark area. Thank you again to Bing and Susan for making us feel so comfortable during our stay!'

'Our family's stay in Bayambang was very relaxing - I particularly love the master's bedroom as it was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Claudeth was very responsive to our needs and her local property caretaker as well.'
