'Very clean and organized for our family! Brian was very responsive and willing to work with our schedule. Perfect for multiple families or teenage kids. Separate den area offered was a great asset to our family. Short distance to Kathi’s for dinner and only about 15 min out of the channel.'

'Came during scallop season and couldn’t have been happier with this rental. Short walk to the dock to go scalloping which was a plus. I would recommend this rental to anyone staying in Steinhatchee because this place was as advertised. '

'We had a great stay! My husband and I came to fish for the weekend, and it was so nice being close to everything but not needing to go anywhere if we didn’t want to. The bed was super comfy, the full-size appliances made it easy to cook nice meals, and the WiFi is great! '

'The house is set up perfectly to accommodate a large family or group of friends. Plenty of room and amenities to keep everyone occupied once your back at the house after a day of being on the water. The dock and washing station made our scalloping trip so easy. Plenty of yard and parking area as well as rear yard to entertain. Second time staying on this property and definitely will not be the last. '
