'Photos can't do this place justice. Beautiful house, beautiful view, and the drive to and from Colorado Springs is incredibly scenic.House rules were mostly common sense and informative given the secluded area, and Conrad was responsive and helpful with questions.'

'This was our second time staying here. Both experiences were excellent. Perfect spot to come home to after a day trip to the Royal Gorge or any other day trip. It is even more beautiful than pictured. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs. Whether we were sharing morning on the small porch off of the living room or sharing a meal on the bigger deck, we felt at home. The hosts were great to work with and I would recommend staying here to anyone!'

'Very unclean. Large amount of mold in fridge. Had to clean fridge so we could use it. Pots and pans was dirty. The bed sheets were dirty. There was dirt in the bed. There was a used condom wrapper in the night stand. Very large pothole in driveway that you can’t see until you hit it cause driveway is so steep. Internet wouldn’t work. When I did reach out he did respond quickly. The good. It was close to town. And had great view from deck, and enjoyed the hot tub. It was fairly close to hiking...
