'Het appartement is precies als op de foto's, wellicht mooier in het echt. Wanneer het theater tegenover het appartement haar ramen open heeft, wordt je overspoeld met prachtige muziek. Je zit midden in het centrum, met alle voorzieningen om de hoek. De grotten, kerken, fort etc allemaal de moeite waard om te bezoeken. En de lokale wijnen, moet je geproefd hebben!!'

'Terrein heel mooi aangelegd en goed verzorgd. Zwembad is gigantisch en heerlijk, kids hebben heerlijk gezwommen. De dieren zijn erg vermakelijk: pauwen in alle kleuren, de honden heel rustig en lief (zelfs onze dochter die honden normaal eng vindt - vond ze lief) De gastheer is zorgzaam met een flesje wijn bij ontvangst en bereidheid om alle vragen te beantwoorden.'

'Abbiamo passato il capodanno 2023 in questa splendida casa di campagna in4 adulti e 2 cagnoline. La casa è spaziosa, ben organizzata e completa di ogni confort. Ed il posto è incantevole: circondata da ulivi e verde. Bellissimo il porticato. Abbiamo apprezzato il camino (con legna a disposizione) che ha reso davvero piacevoli le nostre serate. Per i cani c'è un ampio giardino recintato. La cucina è fornita davvero di tutto. Gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno accolto e fatto trovare in casa...

'As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. 'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect. The staff maintaining the house (Mario for the garden and pool (daily) and Meri for the linen) do a great job and are efficient. We didn't see Mario as he did his work...

'Het huis is echt super! Wij verbleven hier met ons gezin van vier maar je kan hier met veel meer personen verblijven. Er zijn 4 ruime slaapkamers, twee badkamers en twee leefruimtes met allebei een keuken. Devilla is voorzien van alle modern comfort en beschikt over een goede airconditioning. Buiten heb je wel 4 terassen voor lunch en diner of om gewoon te chillen waarvan eentje aan het fantastische zwembad. 's Avonds is de tuin mooi verlicht. 'We had a fantastic stay in the house! Pierfrancesco was always helpful, and very friendly. He gave us good tips on what to do in the area, from restaurants to nice villages. The house looks better than on the pictures! The swimming pool was quite big (don't forget that there is lights for in the evening) and the area was very quiet. 'We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

'De woning is wat gedateerd en ook de stoelen hielden niet over. Het zwembad (met keukentje en toilet) maakte echter heel veel goed. De eigenaar, Carlo, was buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor wie privacy belangrijk vindt, een echte aanrader.'

'We had a great stay is this beautiful house. It is the perfect location to enjoy Orvieto, Bolsena Lake (Both 15 minutes) and within 75 minutes you are in Rome. The house has different levels outside and with a baby that crawls, it sometimes was a challenge. But the garden was so pretty and colouful. Everything was perfect and clean. Andrea checkt if everything was ok regularly and even brought a microwave. So friendly. Ik really recommend this house.'

'We received a great welcome at Podere Marone and were stunned by the amazing setting of the house and the beautiful views! Good location for trips to towns like Orvieto and Perugia and close to good supermarket in the village. Pool is very nice and is being cared for daily.
