'So clean it seemed brand new. The knotty pine interior was beautifully decorated with cowboy/longhorn motif. It was just perfect. The cabin are situated so the large number of gorgeous longhorn cattle are just a few yards from the back deck. If you want quiet and a star filled sky, this is the place for you. '

'The cabin was clean and so comfortable for our group. We stayed with our son, daughter in law and 7 year old grandson. The toy box was a huge hit with our grandson and we appreciated the ability to close of our own sections of the house. Would 100% recommend to any group needing a place to stay. If we ever need a place to stay in Licking in the future, this is definitely where we will be staying!!'

'Melanie and her husband were the best hosts that you could ask for. She provided snacks and coffee, even giving us extra of a flavor that we liked. The house was very comfortable and had a relaxing vibe. Sitting on the back porch drinking our morning coffee, listening to nature, watching the wildflowers sway in the breeze, and a little kitty friend to pet, if your lucky, was a perfect way to start each day.If I ever make it back, I will absolutely stay here again!'
