'Very nice room, pool great, not walking distance to eateries.
The family looking after the apartments were very helpful.
We had a room and dedicated bathroom (locked for our use but in the wider apartment). There is a common kitchen, lounge and dining room, fortunately we had the place to ourselves but could be problematic if sharing with others (there were 2 or 3 other bedrooms)'

'If you want something really special in the doorstep of Wilpattu National Park, this is your answer. Our deluxe tree house suite was literally in the trees ( warning about monkeys visiting your balcony). Sampath was amazing in offering, preparing and presenting wonderful meals. What a treasure he is. Shehan was so helpful, with luggage and anything else that we wanted. Nelson was always there to greet and say goodbye. If you are afraid of bugs and lizards, don't stay in the treehouse rooms. But,...

'I just stayed one night but was super well and kindly looked after by Christopher and the team. The area is a little more remote than I realised so worth planning ahead for that, but it's really peaceful and full of wildlife – 100% worth venturing out for! The villas are really nicely done up, modern and super comfortable. Definitely recommend as an excellent nature base.'

'Location to national park was great. The rooms were very ‘unique’ and rustic. The property would have been great in its heyday however appeared quite rundown and needed a good clean. A good Garden and grounds clean up would not go astray.'
