'Staff was amazing. So gracious and responsive. Tripti at the reception really helped out when my daughter was not feeling well and was ever helpful. Saritha, Vishnu and Anamika were amazing with house keeping and took care of all our needs.'

'I cannot complain about this hotel stay at all. Our room was cleaned daily to perfection all room condiments where topped up daily. We had a full seaview room so the view of the Arabian sea was amazing. Sunset was fantastic.staff members was very polite and friendly. We had a couple of Ayurveda massage treatments. Very good it was. And also I need to mention the food in the restaurant's was absolutely amazing,it brings your taste buds back to life. We also had a couple of massages at the ocean...

'View was great, but rooms could have been better'

'Review: Hotel Gokula Grand Turtle, Kovalam We stayed in a suite at Hotel Gokula Grand Turtle in Kovalam, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambience was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and the management and staff were thoroughly professional and courteous. A highlight of our stay was participating in the Onam Sadya—it truly felt like celebrating Onam away from home, filled with warmth and tradition. I would especially like to mention a few team members who made our...

'For the price I couldn't really grumble and the staff did try to be helpful, but a few things to note: 1. The hotel looks tired. It was being worked on whilst I was there and that was part of my problem: the incessant noise, the smell of paint/varnish and the fact that on one day they decided to repaint all 3 sun beds leaving me with nowhere to sit by the pool 2. The sunbeds are vinyl cushions because of rain, but on a hot day you will burn yourself trying to sit or lie on them. 3. The floor in...

'Good rooms excellent view but reception not very flexible about payment though they have my card details .'

'It is nice'

'Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Although the property is located a little away from the main area, once you arrive, it feels like you're staying at almost premium resort surrounded by beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was decent and met our expectations. What truly made the experience special was the incredibly talented, warm, and attentive staff. Their hospitality left a lasting impression on us. Overall, the property checked every box we were looking for. We had...
