'The hotel was generally good, but some signs of aging were noticeable, such as the water slide being out of operation. The staff were very attentive and responded sincerely to our questions. Since the hotel offers a variety of services, I felt it would be helpful to research or inquire in advance to make the most of your stay. In other words, without prior preparation, you might miss out on some of the services provided, which could be a bit of a waste. If that happens, checking with the staff...

'今回は１年ぶり２度目の滞在です 去年宿泊した部屋は３号棟の２階オーシャンヴューでしたが今回は４号棟１階オーシャンヴューでした 一人旅なので１階は不安かと思ったのですが… セキュリティがしっかりしていて警備の方が頻繁に見回りをしてくれているので安心でした。 プールの老朽化が少し気になりますが…リゾート内は常に清潔感が有り快適です。 スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで片言の英語でも快く対応してくれます。 １つ気になったのはシャワーが温水と水が交互に出てくる事です、私個人的にはビーチで遊んだ後の水シャワーは気になりませんが…水シャワーが苦手な方や小さなお子さんは気になるかも知れません 今回の旅はシュノーケリング目的だったので目の前がビーチのこのリゾートは最高でした。 ビーチに有るアクアマリンスポーツのニモシュノーケリングツアーを利用したのですが…１人でも快くボートを出していただき楽しい時間を過ごせました。 家族やカップルも多くどんな旅スタイルにも合いそうです。'

'We loved this hotel!! Roxanne and all the front desk girls were all so friendly and helpful with suggestions on local businesses. The room was perfect with many amenities including washer/ dryer. Kitchen with all utensils. View from balcony was great!! Stayed here for almost 3 weeks and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Saipan. Thanks again for the excellent service!'

'スタッフが親切です。部屋も広く海外では珍しくお風呂とトイレが別なのもかなり良いです:)洗面台も広く海外なのに歯ブラシ、スリッパのアメニティあります。部屋から見える海は最高ですし夜はベランダから月と星がみえます。ビーチはパラソルは無く木の下でリラックスするタイプにはなりますがビーチベッドはあります。1番良かったポイントはお湯がしっかり出ます！またサイパンに来た時は宿泊したいです'

'It was a great experience, only wished that they had a small refrigerator in the room but overall, I loved it and I will be making reservations again. Side note; I just want to apologize to the staff as I thought that something was taken from my room which did not happen. Your staff are trustworthy people and again, my apologies for my mistake.'
