'My 18 year old found this amazing spot, for our Anniversary! We wanted a lakeside getaway and this was ideal in so many ways. We spent the afternoons at the lake and when the weather permitted, we had breakfast there too. It rained both nights which also allowed us to have cozy indoor time together. 'My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time....

'The property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here with our three pups and it was perfect. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) 'This was a great house for our annual cousins' trip! The first level has all of the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. I will flag that you could hear everything from the bedrooms that was happening in the living rooms so may not be the best fit for light sleepers. Big, beautiful backyard!! '

'Stayed here NYE because it was close to an event we were going to. Such a cute farm! Michael was a great host and was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He greeted us and took us to meet his sweet goats and sheep! The steampunk house was unique with surprises everywhere. Very happy with our stay!sweet'

'Our occasional get together of old college friends was perfectly suited to this location - ample bedrooms / bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living room. Nice central location for friends coming in from NJ, NH, MA and CT. Property was clean and well-kept, and a person shoveled the snow before we even got outside the next morning. Thanks again, Dan.'

'We all enjoyed the house, very clean and easy and close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The property had not bloomed yet (too cold) but I suspect would be amazing to sit out by the pond or on the patio '
