'Vanderkamp was the ideal setting for small family 50th Anniversay celebration. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, we were able to be outside for 2 of our 4 days – hiking, paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, and playing yard games. Off the dock it was very weedy and mucky, but it was fun to watch the fish and snakes. Inside there was ample room to either be together or find quiet places to read or relax. 'House is as pictured, clean, spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed the Kayaks on the lake-perfect place for all ages. Our kids enjoyed their room with the bunk beds and some of the board games- would definitely want to book again.'

'We were in Cicero visiting family for a large gathering. This place felt very homey. It was comfortable with lots of room to spread out; there are two large eating spaces, a large living room, and plenty of bathrooms. It is older, but was very clean and we were provided everything that we needed to enjoy our stay.
