'This property is a gem!There were very few options to rent in the area but when I saw this on the VRBO site, it was an easy decision!The pictures were accurate.The rooms were well appointed, all rooms were clean and modern.The area is very accessible to restaurants, walkable and an easy stroll to Main street.I would stay in this house again and would recommend to friends and family.'

'We stayed in this cute house for a girls overnight after attending a concert at the Chautauqua Institute. The house was clean and so comfortable in a pretty country setting. Sadie was great at answering our questions and we had such a nice time. Thank you for hosting us!'

'I had the total pleasure of staying at this beautiful lakeside home for 4-days. 'This property was amazing! Plenty of space, very clean, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Bemus Point and also very close to the lake. The property has an excellent layout, wonderful side and front porches, and is kid friendly. I would highly recommend and we will be staying there again in the future!'
