'This property and the cabin were an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. We slept well and enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings. Big bonus for me were all the different birds I heard and saw, including a flock of cedar waxwings that kept us entertained for 2 days, constantly swooping over the pond to catch tiny insects. 'Cozy and comfortable! Your own little "house" with a great porch for coffee and reading. A place to sit for movie-watching or reading, good seating for eating meals. Just enough bathroom for getting ready. Location is great for quick trips into town and expressways to visit other towns nearby hiking locations. Great communication with owners. '

'We absolutely loved the Looney Rooms! The house was exactly as described (if not better), super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect. Highly, highly recommend this spot to anyone considering it. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'This was an ideal property and location for our family reunion group of 13 (without needing the additional suite). The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning.
