'We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. 'We rented the house with 3 families and had a great time. The house was very clean and was kept up nicely. The feedback we have is to describe how to dock your boat with the very shallow water at the shoreline. Also, the back bedroom had a musty smell. It would be nice if the house had A/C, but the owner had sufficient fans in every room. We had a great experience.'

'Luke's was a great place to stay in a wondeful area of the USA. We had a 60th Anniversary Party just down the road and this was a perfect retreat when the crowd got to be too much. The hike down to Chatauqua Creek was a nice touch, as was the ability to easily walk to the beach for early morning solitude. All was clean and perfect - and we used the fire pit, too. A'
