'We booked this house for a weekend away in the Finger Lakes and it was perfect. The home is stunning, and is perfectly situated right on the water. It was close to Watkins Glen and was right on the Seneca Wine Trail. For the home itself, it was a perfect place to stay. Spacious, well kept, extra amenities like a grill, a beautiful wrap around porch, and kayaks! We loved our time here and would love to come back. Highly recommend ! '

'This is a perfect location on Seneca Lake. The proximity to wineries and also places to get things to eat are great. We’ve been here before and have returned and enjoyed it both times. The hot tub in the backyard is wonderful and the access to the lake is great.'

'The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. '

'We stayed at the Savannah house a few years ago and have been hoping to have the chance to rent another property owned by Pat so when I realized this was, I was thrilled. The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. The house is well kept and very clean; the pictures accurately...

'Rod and Carm were exceptional hosts! Very communicative, we got the run-down on where we’d be staying and all that would entail—their two dogs/greeters are so cute and friendly! Their property is beautiful and idyllic, a truly all-inclusive lake experience with kayaks and a dock, areas for dining on the deck or sitting and having coffee out on the dock over the water. The space where we stayed was clean and very comfortable for our stay—it had all the utilities we needed to accommodate our time...
