'We found this property to be perfect for our group of four adults and a four year old. It would have easily accommodated more. It was quiet when we needed quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. 'Beth and Chris were incredibly welcoming and friendly hosts. We stayed here with our dog and were surprised when we arrived to find that the cabin was far more spacious than it had appeared in the photos. Pretty much everything we could need was provided for us, including laundry supplies, a dish sponge, various cooking utensils, plenty of towels, and a collection of interesting books and fun board games. 'Loved it! I came to the area for a 3-day training in the local school district. This spot was perfect. Even better than the pictures :). Very clean, well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bear Cabin with a beautiful view of Lake Colby. The cabin was decorated very nicely with lots of bear motif. Having access to a variety of boats (canoes, kayaks and row boats) was much appreciated. The Adirondack chairs outside were perfect for watching the sunset. The walls in the bedrooms do not go all the way to the ceiling, and thus the lighting from the living room and kitchen area can be a bit distracting for those people who like to sleep in or go to...

'We had a wonderful stay at the Thompson's cabin. The house was clean and comfortable. As others have mentioned there are steep stairs down to the dock and up to the master bedroom loft, but that didn't bother us. The water is about 5.5' deep off the dock and we swam every day. At the time of our stay there was a two person kayak, a one person kayak, a small sit-on-top kayak, and a large paddle board. There are a handful DVDs to watch. The kitchen has everything you need (dishes, utensils, etc) and there were plenty of bath and lake towels (much appreciated).
