'Cute little area to get away from NYC. The property had everything you needed for a summer weekend. Parking on site. Bedrooms all clean and spacious with extra bedding if needed. Yard was also very big and private. I would stay here again. '

'Mother’s Day weekend for a family of 4. From start to finish, the stay was amazing. The check-in was so simple. The room was exactly how the photos showed. It was clean and roomy. The beach is a very short walk away. Even though the pool was not officially open yet, it looked wonderful. We have already decided that we will be coming back in the summer.'

'This adorable, cozy cottage was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. We have tried various rentals and hotels each summer and Robert’s cottage was by far our favorite. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with enough room that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was light and airy and just what we were hoping to find. From the awesome location, just a walk to the ocean, to the indoor pool and back up to a comfortable stay, our entire family agree that we can’t wait to return!...

'We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The home was comfortable, the pool was lovely and the access to the private beach nearby was a big draw. The downstairs of the house is quite chilly, and the deck would benefit from upgraded seating but overall a very nice home.'

'This place was perfect! The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious. Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!'

'This house is amazing and a fantastic location right on the water with direct access for paddleboarding and Kayaks provided. House is gorgeous and well maintained. Property is stunning. Amazing spot and location for anyone who wants to enjoy this area.'
