'We loved the idea of "roughing it" while still sleeping in a cozy bed. It was nice to expose my children to nature. We took a long walk on the beach. Cooked hotdogs and hamburgers on the grill and made s'mores on the campfire.'

'I knew Hamptons housing would be pricey, and the location, about 20 minutes from the venue I was visiting for a music show, was the main draw. I requested an early check in due to a meeting and was told the host would follow up. They never did, even after I sent a follow-up message. I understand early check in isn’t guaranteed, but I would have appreciated some communication either way.I returned in the evening to find some things out of place, a TV with no signal, and blinds that wouldn’t close...
