'There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with. Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!'

'This was a fabulous weekend at a beautiful lake. The house was clean, comfortable, and kitchen had all needed items for cooking in. We enjoyed the large back deck with plenty of seating as well as the fire pit. Of course the real draw was the lake! It was clean, quiet (no motor craft) and easy to enjoy with the kayaks and boat at the house. 'Everything about this stay was excellent! At check in Adriana made sure we had everything we needed and gave great recommendations for the area. The food at Dandies was so great that we ate there two out of the three nights of our stay. At the Dandies bar, Jaime and Andre were fun to talk to and very attentive. Room was spotless and decor was perfection. Grounds were gorgeous. Cannot wait to stay again!'

'Beautiful and spacious balcony overlooking the mountains and golf course. We loved the view from our room 521. . Great place to relax before dinner with a glass of wine/cheese. Location is good within walking distance to a most wonderful restaurant named prominence. Highly recommend. The on site restaurant was nice too. Biggest disadvantage was the tv as it does not have any cable and then ending up with no signal at all. Other than that it was a really great place to stay.'

'We stayed in the Revere Suite over Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately the experience did not match the premium price. We paid approximately $1,300 for two nights and encountered multiple issues during our stay. The ceiling leaked onto the couch, the balcony door did not lock, and the side entrance to the suit also failed to lock, creating a security concern. 'Check in information was provided via email the day of check in. I was able to enter the hotel and my room without a problem. The hotel staff was responsive and helpful via text messages. The inside of our room was very comfortable, the staff left a few complementary drinks and snack in the room for us which was very much appreciated. 'What was unique about this property was that it sat in front of a beautiful running creek. It is all set up outside that you can sit and relax and enjoy the sound of the creek or maybe at night enjoy a fire.The house itself is beautiful, very cozy and inviting.
