'We were in the area for a family reunion and need a place to stay for the weekend. While we didn't get to spend much time at the house itself, we did enjoy the peaceful quiet setting. The house was adequate, comfortable, clean, cozy. I wish we had more time to spend on the deck down by the river. If there is a future family reunion in the area, I would book it again. '

'We just returned from our stay and we all had a fabulous time. There were 11 of us aged 9-79 and the property provided everything we could have asked for. The house was well stocked and very clean. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and we absolutely loved that we could all sit around the table and talk and have meals together. The lake was beautiful and the kayaks and canoes provided endless fun! We hope to be able to return again next year! '

'The property was great! In secluded neighborhood nice and quiet! Service didn’t work on phone well but connecting to WiFi had you able to use any devices you had! The property was well cared for. Hot tub was nice to enjoy after day on lake as well as fire place. We made fire every night. The air conditioner worked super well and was close enough for restaurants and grocery stores. We loved this and the family loved our vacation! Would go here again and recommend to all - added bonuses included...

'There were 7 adults and 3 children. The place was very accommodating for our group. Nice large kitchen and table for meals. Plenty of space and areas to relax. The dock was in good condition and fairly easy to get to. The location is convenient for having a boat and swimming as there is less boat traffic. It may be a little challenging for some as there is only a rough path down to the dock/water. We did not have trouble parking three cars and a trailer (for 16-foot boat). '

'Great last minute trip! The host was very helpful in letting us know about all the amenities as well as what is available in the house. The home was spacious with plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and cared for. They added a pool table which was a huge hit. The fire pit was perfect for night time s'more's and relaxing outdoors. We can’t wait to go back!!'

The owner is very accommodating to your needs whether you are looking for something in the kitchen— blender, coffee maker, pancake mix, popcorn, or looking to enjoy being outside with three seating areas, a grill, a firepit, outdoor lighting and even kayaks. Wildlife included as well! Highly recommend!'

"Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. "
