'We stayed at Bear Creek Haven with our dog. It truly is a haven. The property is beautiful and peaceful. I recommend arriving in daylight, as it is a little hard to find in the dark until you know where you are going. The back deck with an Adirondack glider was awesome. Brianna has done a great job decorating and anticipating what visitors will need.'

'We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. '

We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental.'

'Spensers place was a great private hideaway, clean well equipped rustic cabin with plenty of room for 5 adults and our dog. We enjoyed the local trails and the convenient location to Dansville and Letchworth park. Kitchen was great for cooking our egg sandwiches each morning. '

'Jim and Cheryl were fantastic hosts and the communication was great! The cabin was beautiful, complete with all the amenities. There was plenty of brochures with things to do and places to see. The property and views were wonderful. We had a relaxing & enjoyable visit. We brought our two dogs; they loved it! We look forward to coming back! Thank you for such a great experience. 'This house is a hidden gem. The house was so cozy and pristinely clean. The hot tub was meticulously maintained. The hosts thought of everything, from a fire pit with wood, a charcoal grill, and towels neatly labeled for hot tub use. We would happily stay here again. '
