'This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms (so many showers and they were all pretty large), plenty of different spaces to hang out including the main first floor where the kitchen/dining room/living room is all combined, basement with various games (pool table, video games, arcade game, workout space, chess), and so much outdoor space. Pool is heated and spacious, there’s 2 different fire pits, an outdoor table that’s well shaded, dock/lake area. Space was...

'We stayed after a concert in the area and it was perfect weather so the stay was pleasant. We did not have a chance to utilize the fire pit or grill but everything was as expected'

'Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. '

'Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Highly recommend and definitely would return again!'

'Can’t say enough good things! Don was communicative, the house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was incredible and we had such a great time using the kayaks and relaxing under the gazebo. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with anything we could have needed. Absolutely recommend!! '

'We loved this place. The check-in process and check-out was very simple and straightforward and David was accommodating to our request for a late check out. The cottage is lovely, just as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and the space is perfect for two people. We can’t wait to stay again! '

'Nice space, perfect soaking tub, two fire pits! Grill and pizza oven. We enjoyed peaceful star filled evenings. Quiet nights and baby deer running around in the mornings. Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. Reasonably close hikes, to waterfalls and swimming holes, check if you need a permit, the water was ice cold at first, perfect for the weather, we spent a while there, then back for some grilling!We enjoyed the stove and record collection. We were a family with a guest...

'My family, husband and daughter, stayed her with two other families. The space was perfect for the amount of people we had. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had an issue with the hot water at one point and he was right on it with a plumber coming to the house and we had hot water within a couple of hours. The property is beautiful with lots to do on the lake with the supplied kayaks and boats. We would absolutely stay here again! One note though- we did bring a tv with us. ...

"Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. "
