'Beautiful setting, quiet and spacious! Great porches for sitting outside and listening to the birds, close to many fun things, and our host was very attentive and lovely. I hope to go back!'

Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. 'The house was as described. There is a beautiful kitchen, a lot of living space. It was clean. The bathroom is large and the tub is spacious. The property is open and peaceful. The hot tub was not hot but it was also winter and quite cold while we were there. Overall great stay - highly recommend.'

'Strong points are: beautiful views; spacious room; quiet; clean, staff cheerful and eager to please. Weak points were: shower/tub requires a mat or something to avoid slipping on the floor of the bathtub; owner will surely get sued if not fixed. Secondly, the TV requires 2 remotes; instructions given were totally inadequate. Matthew and I worked together to produce a clear simple instruction sheet which he says he will distribute to the other rooms.'

'This is a clean, well-situated facility. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Note that there is a $10 fee to park your vehicle and breakfast is not included, though it's available on the premises for a fee. There is only one mirror in the room and it's over the sink. How about upgrading the hairdryer; it's got to be at least 15 years old! The place itself is reasonably priced. While bottled water is in the room for the coffee maker, it'll cost you $5 to use the water - tap water works for me and...

'I hate to give this property such high marks because I want rooms available next time I need to book with them! Clean extra large rooms with a couch. Breakfast in the morning is better than most places I have been to. I will stay here from now on every time I need to visit my daughter in college.'
