'Honestly this was probably the first time when my husband and I didn’t stay the full length of our trip (2 days) and checked out after one night. It was very disappointing. Firstly, I believe we were the only ones at the hotel. We did not see any other people except some of the workers. There is no one at the front desk 85% of the time. There is a number to call if you need assistance but that’s about it. The breakfast and the lady serving breakfast was very sweet and breakfast was very good....

'A fantastic log cabin very private, quite and surrounded by wildlife. Close to amenities including some fantastic local wineries. Joyce was an excellent host who made us feel extremely welcome. Will definitely stay again and bring extended family..Thank you for a wonderful stay.'

'The house was as described. There is a beautiful kitchen, a lot of living space. It was clean. The bathroom is large and the tub is spacious. The property is open and peaceful. The hot tub was not hot but it was also winter and quite cold while we were there. Overall great stay - highly recommend.'

'Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money '

'they were apparently overbooked that left us stranded. an hour prior to our arrival, they sent us a message stating they are confirming our reservation. now, even with expedia’s help, they still haven’t released authorization for the refund.'

'The Bellefield Hyde Park was the perfect choice for us. Our room was equipped with a small kitchen area. We had a beautiful view and everything was well appointed. The only concern I have is that the AC makes a loud noise went on all night the fan noise is the loudest other than that everything was great.'

'Prettig hotel, maar het is (zoals de naam al zegt) bedoeld voor langere verblijven. Vandaar ook een keuken in de kamer (waardoor je op de gang veel etensluchten kan ruiken) en de kamer wordt ook niet tussendoor schoongemaakt bij twee dagen. Was voor ons geen probleem, maar is wel iets wat handig is om te weten...'

'I honestly wasn't expecting much from the property. Boy was I surprised. For a pet friendly hotel, it is SOOOO clean. The staff could not have been more attentive. The breakfast was wonderful. I actually told my husband, as we left the parking lot to go home, "I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to New Paltz. Thank you for such a great stay."'
