'Cottage is rustic & charming. Nicely decorated with original paintings. Is stocked with everything you may need. Comfy bed. We sat outside on the porch drinking coffee in the morning while viewing the lake. 10 Minute drive to Letchworth was perfect. Host left a flyer from Daryl's Pizzeria which we ended up ordering from. Food there was great too! Would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place near hiking areas. '

'We found the cottage to be comfortable and roomy for the four of us! It was clean and user- friendly! Nice views of the lake! '

'Everything was great! The little basket of goodies and especially the cinnamon buns made the kids feel welcome immediately. I have a hard time getting comfortable away from home but this place was really cozy. We enjoyed the games, toys and roasting marshmallows in the backyard. '

'We stayed at this lakehouse to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday. My husband and myself brought our daughter who turned 16 while we were there, and 10 of her 16 year old girlfriends. We were there from July 8th, 2025 through July 11th, 2025. The property had more than enough room for all of our sleeping arrangements. Everything we needed was already there for us to use: towels, Washcloths, paper plates, plastic cutlery, toilet paper, paper towels, etc...Jeff, the owner is amazing at...

'We had a great vacation at the home. The furniture is so nice. The mattress in the main bedroom was so comfortable. The second cottage gave us space for our multi-generational family. The stone walkway is pretty but needs bushes trimmed to clear the path.'

'We loved our stay here! Bethany and Brandon have put so much thought into the details of decor and hospitality. We kept finding little things that we would have never thought of that enhanced the stay. Check in was very smooth and they even had music playing when we got there. We felt welcomed and right at home. I can’t recommend it enough. We have 3 boys ages 11-17 and all 5 of us had a great time playing games, making s’mores, and just relaxing at the house.'

'We rented the house for graduation weekend at Geneseo college. I highly recommend renting this property for visiting with a larger group instead of renting a hotel room when visiting the school, it was perfect for a relaxing grad weekend!!!We were very happy with the house, location and Mary Alice was a pleasure to deal with. "The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing so after all we had a happy stay."
