'This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family. Check in was easy and a welcome basket was awaiting our arrival! Everything about the house was warm and welcoming. The house is spotless and fully stocked with every necessary amenity. 'Well maintained ranch with open living/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great location for Letchworth visit and close to shops in Perry. Prompt communication with owner before and during stay. Well equipped kitchen, and nice grounds. Stayed at a hotel on prior visit, glad we were able to stay at the Gate House on this trip! '

'Our host, David, kept in contact via text. He was quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The cabin was clean, cute and bed was very comfy. Appeared to have been recently, renovated. The hosts thought of everything! Much more than any VRBO we've ever stayed in before.They supplied coffee, a spare toothbrush and a phone charger by the bed to name a few. Would absolutely come back and refer others!'

'We had a group of 13 adults. We had plenty of space to all be together and enough room to spread out if we wanted. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Lake front was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating by the bonfire. '

'This cottage is charming and quiet! Just lovely, bed was very comfortable and we were greeted with fresh flowers and a basket of fresh veggies which was such a welcoming touch! Located on a beautiful horse farm, very quiet and great for relaxing! Well appointed home and kitchen had everything we needed to eat in during a busy weekend competing at a local horseshow. '

'We had a great vacation at the home. The furniture is so nice. The mattress in the main bedroom was so comfortable. The second cottage gave us space for our multi-generational family. The stone walkway is pretty but needs bushes trimmed to clear the path.'

'It was just what we wanted -- a place near Letchworth Park that was dog-friendly. Its in a quiet neighborhood that's a short dog-walk to a beautiful lake. You need to bring linens and towels. The kitchen has plates and utensils but no food, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. I wish the notes posted in the home were on the listing, especially the "small hot water tank, take a short shower". None of these minor gripes would have stopped us from renting this place, but it's good to know up front. ...

'Wow!! We spent 3 1/2 days here with our three grandkids, and everyone had an amazing time. We wondered about the winding staircase for two 60 year olds and a 6 year old, but it turned out being no problem at all. The views are spectacular from both upstairs and down. We were in the hot tub twice a day. The kids caught fish off the dock. We kayaked and SUP'd multiple times. We had campfires. And we loved the proximity to the falls and swimming pool at Letchworth State Park. The only...

"The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing so after all we had a happy stay."
