'My trip had a rocky start when I arrived. The management quickly remedied the issues that I encountered to make my trip enjoyable. The staff was very on point with the customer service recovery. I was moved to a great room with one of the most incredible view of the Hudson. They accommodate my spa treatment even during their renovation. I can’t wait to return back for another amazing experience. A minor issue was phone service was poor, but I was able to do WiFi calling.'

'This place was magical. Rooms were clean. Same amenities as a hotel. Blow dryer available! Mini fridge and a sheet for blinds if you need. The snow falling in the early morning was the highlight of the cabin stay. Very beautiful! There were two campfires and snores every night from 5-1pm. Very cute! Cabins are about 50-100ft from parking so be prepared to walk in snow after parking your care. You can get closer to a loading zone to load things into and out of cabins if needed though. String...

'We needed to find a place near a wedding venue in Coxsakie for two couples. We actually could have added another couple or even two. The house is spacious and has everything you would expect and more. Interesting books, games, and puzzles are neatly scattered through the house.
