'This place had a very nice set up and was super clean. The host was the best!!! I had a problem with the code multiple times and she was on it! She had someone that took cared of it right away. She also drove out so late to change the code because it was not cooperating. The nicest lady and a perfect spot. The entire house as soon as you enter is to par. It's very spacious and comfortable. 'This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00...

'We have stayed in New York City on a family trip for the past four years. This was the best stay yet. Set up was great and welcoming. We were late getting into town and had to meet someone for dinner. My wife forgot her toiletries bag in car and to our surprise there was a sealed toothbrush and toothpaste for our use. It was easy to get in and out! Wonderful experience. '

'This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.'

'We enjoyed our overnight stay at this quaint nicely appointed carriage house.'

'The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit.'

"Zeer vriendelijk personeel en een mooi schoon hotel. Ontbijt tegen een kleine meerprijs ook prima! Wij hadden een kamer met 2 queensize bedden en een slaapbank. Helaas bleek de slaapbank nog gedekt te zijn met lakens van de vorige gasten, maar dat werd heel snel opgelost met een telefoontje naar de receptie. Openbaar vervoer naar NY is wat lastig maar verder een perfect en betaalbaar hotel met zeer vriendelijke mensen."

"Zeer goed: bed, wifi, airco, douche 24/7 gratis koffie en thee. Matig ontbijt met soms plastic bestek en geen kaas en vleeswaren. Koffieautomaat wilde sommige producten niet schenken. Omgeving nl Bronx zuid: voelt onveilig. vooral als het donker is, vieze straten, junks, bedelaars, schreeuwers, harde muziek."
